What You Can Eat Between Meals to Lose Weight

When we were little we were told that we should not eat between meals. Eventually the knowledge of human metabolism and new diets have taught us to eat less but more often can be a benefit.

However, do not always have time to prepare a snack in the morning, and pick something that will help you lose weight at the corner store can be difficult. We ended up buying things that seem healthy but are not.

So better take into account these foods that are easy to load, prepare or buy.

1. Plain chocolate

If you grab the hungry on the way one of the best things you can buy at the shop is dark chocolate. Check the ingredients of different brands and buy the one with less. Do not buy the giant bar because you're going to end up, the less the better.

2. Hard boiled eggs

If during the day you feel so tired you do not need sugar, but protein. Boil several eggs at home so you can carry one in the bag when you leave. They are only 70 calories, but will help you feel much better.

3. Cheese

The cheese also gives you energy to endure the afternoon, but now you can buy in different individual packages to take with you. Even string cheese sold in some convenience stores!

4. Banana

This fruit is reputed to be bad for the diet, but if you do not prohibit it nutritionist is a great snack that can last a couple of days in your bag needs washing or additional packaging. In addition, a mid afternoon banana will make you feel satisfied until much later (and will dine less).

5. Peanuts

Almonds are best, but peanuts are the easiest to get. When hunger comes the most you can do is buy it less harmful for your diet. Natural peanut (or salted) is your best option. It will help you feel satisfied and gives the false sense of being "junk".
